Nectar is pleased to announce that the Nectar Application Catalog is now available to all Research Cloud users, through the dashboard. The Nectar Application Catalog is powered by the Murano OpenStack project and provides a simple interface for deploying pre-packaged, cloud-ready applications.
From the dashboard, you can browse available applications and quickly deploy them. Once deployed, you’ll have an instance ready to go with your application. If you select your keypair at deployment time, you’ll also have full SSH access to the instance, allowing infinite customisability to install any extra software or make changes to the environment.
