[SERVICE DEGRADED][Resolved] Storage in Tasmania / SA Availability Zones

From around 6:00 AEST July 1st 2019 there has been significant storage performance degradation in the TAS and SA cells, causing issues with very low IO performance. We are investigating, at this time we expect reduced performance to continue for several hours.
Update 17:05 AEST July 2nd 2019: Storage system repairs completed around 14:40 AEST, system has now completed recovery.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused.
Other Availability Zones are unaffected.
