We are upgrading the OS of Rabbit Message Queue Cluster as a part of the upgrade cycle.   

Affected availability zone: monash-03  
Upgrade Period: 10:00 a.m - 4:00 p.m,  Wednesday, 16th of September 

We do not anticipate any disruptions to the existing instances. However, there may be some pause to nova and dashboard related service to the new and existing instances (such as nova create, nova reboot, etc). You may experience some delays in operations to complete, or halted for a smaller time period.
