[monash-02] Storage issues affecting cinder service

Dear User,
Issue:
Underlying storage infrastructure for cinder service on monash-02 availability zone is currently experiencing issue and in a degraded state of operation due to multiple OSDs (Ceph Obect Storage Daemon) failing across multiple servers. We are working towards resolving this issue.
Impact:
Some instances with attached Volumes and the instances boot from volume may experience unresponsive or delay IO operations.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused due to this issue.
