There is network hazard window today (10th August) for any services operating in the monash-02 zone of the RC to upgrade fabric switches. The upgrade is expected to be transparent except for two short traffic outages.
During these ~60s outages, all user instance traffic will stop, existing TCP connections should recover (depending on individual server network settings).
The monash-02 zone cloud control plane may be impacted, in which case API and dashboard actions (create, delete, reboot, etc) on monash-02 cloud infrastructure may be briefly impacted.
