We have had reports of uploading images into the Glance image service fail in some circumstances, and more frequent the larger the image.
We are currently looking into the issue and testing some possible fixes.
If you do have trouble uploading images into the Glance image service, please get in touch with the helpdesk.
The issue is now resolved by a TCP configuration setting in our load balancer.
