NeCTAR monash-02 AZ volume storage had a brief disruption during the DC relocation activity this morning 22nd Feb 2017.
Some of the running VMs with volume storage attachments or VMs booted from volumes in monash-02 AZ were not responding when requests to access volume storage were paused. The issue has been resolved now.

Impact: some VMs with volume attachment or VMs booted from volume
