[Hazard][NCI] Scheduled maintenance April 3rd 2018, 8am to 6pm

NCI Node will be doing scheduled maintenance work on our infrastructure on the 3rd of April, 2018, starting at 8am and continuing until 6pm. During this period some hypervisors will be retired from the NCI NeCTAR node, and some minor network changes will be made - most users will not see any disruptions, and normal services will resume no later than 6pm.
Where possible user instances running on the retiring hypervisors have been migrated to other hypervisors on the NCI node. Where this has not been possible the affected users will be contacted directly.
