Overnight (2018-05-02 night into 2018-05-03 morning) we became aware of a network misconfiguration which caused some issues in the melbourne-qh2 Availability Zone.
Existing virtual machines (VMs) were able to continue running normally, but some users faced issues when attempting to create and delete VMs. Creation and deletion attempts would cause the affected VM to hang in a BUILD state.
We believe this problem has now been rectified. We apologise for any inconvenience that was caused in the interim.
