[SERVICE DEGRADED] Storage in Tasmania / SA Availability Zones

From 2pm AEST October 19th there was significant storage performance degradation in the tas and SA cells, causing issues with lower IO performance. Since 3:30pm AEST performance has improved, with regular IO activity observed from 4pm AEST.
The cause is known, and steps to reduce instance impact have been made while recovery is in progress. We apologise for any inconvenience that this might cause in the meantime.
Other Availability Zones are unaffected.
