[Service Disruption] Message queue disruptions

Nectar Cloud experienced a disruption between 3.45pm to 8.20pm AEDT on 08/04/2019. This was due to a unusually large amount of messages passing through our message queue causing a slow down.


During this period, users would have experienced difficulty with actions like launching new instances. Existing instances will be unaffected.


We have stabilised the message queue and is looking deeper into what triggered this event.
