We are upgrading Nova Compute Service on Nectar . This is an internal change and there should be no impact to users.
This upgrade bring stability improvements to communications between the many Nectar sites.
We do not expect any disruption to users, but if you experience any problems please let us know by opening a support ticket.

Things have been running well on CellsV2 so far. We have worked around some issues by increasing timeouts. A lot of performance bugs will be fixed in the next release of Nova - Rocky, so we are going to be doing that very soon!

[Update]
We have migrated to CellsV2. During the migration, there were some issues with scheduling of new instances. If you have experienced a failure during the upgrade, please try again.
Instance booting should be fine now. There were a few issues we have worked around for now, and will be fixing up for the reminder of the day.
We will provide another update once bugs have been fixed.
