[Hazard Notice] Network issue at Monash eResearch Network

Dear Monash Research Cloud User,
One of the routers in MeRN (Monash eResearch Network) is having a high CPU utilisation.
The Monash Network team is investigating the issue with the vendor and changed the traffic preference to be away from the router having an issue. You may notice some sluggishness to/from the VMs while we are troubleshooting.
Affected AZ: monash-01, monash-02, monash-03
