We are experiencing hardware issues at the Monash-02 AZ computational storage cluster and the storage cluster is in degraded mode.
There may be some volumes not accessible due to the degraded hardware. We are working on to recover the service.

We have identified the faulty hard drives which affected some volumes. The cluster is recovering now.
