Issue: Degraded service resulting in timeouts and intermittent errors when using the Dashboard or APIs
Started: 12:30pm AEDT on Wednesday 16th Dec 2020
A networking issue at the Tasmanian site is having an adverse affect on Dashboard and API services cloud-wide.
Virtual machine instances currently running appear to be unaffected, but any requests to the API services are resulting in intermittent failures and slow response times.
We will post an update as soon as we have some resolution.
We appreciate your patience.
