[HAZARD NOTICE] Auckland node is adding a second network interface to all new instances from April 7th

In order to provide seamless functionality with the Manila Shared Storage service, The Auckland node will be adding a second default network interface to all newly-launched instances. This second network interface will have the same security group rules set for the other (primary) network interface, and by default won't be able to access anything without the project first having Shared Filesystem quota.

We have tested this out as much as we can already, but there is a risk of failures in launching if we've overlooked something.
