[RESOLVED] Degraded Public Provider Network at Auckland Node

On Saturday evening (17/4) around 7-8PM NZT, we had a network issue that affected access to both Nectar user public ip addresses as well as our Nectar control plane. This disrupted access to existing Auckland user instances, as well as any actions attempted from the dashboard or OpenStack command line utilities. Any instances performing tasks that didn't depend on network access should have continued to run without issue. Access was restored by 8PM, but there could have been some small knock-on effects noticed on Sunday. 


Everything should be fully functional from Monday (19/4) morning at 9AM NZT, but please create a ticket with any issues and we will expedite.
