External connectivity to the QRIScloud and Intersect availability zones is currently down due to an issue with our network provider's infrastructure.
All connectivity to VMs and control plane is currently down. Users will not be able to access VMs via their network. VMs will not be able to contact the internet. Dashboard actions on VMs in the QRIScloud and Intersect availability zone will fail.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused due to this issue.
Partial communication has now been re-established. Our network provider is continuing to work to bring back full redundancy in our external connectivity.
Full redundancy has now been re-established with our upstream network provider.
Control plane issues due to the upstream network outage have now also been resolved. If you are still experiencing issues, please submit a help request.
