[Resolved][Unscheduled Outage][monash-01] Network outage during port configuration
Dear Nectar User(s),
A network failure occurred during monash-01 network switch port configuration changes.
Hypervisors and Storage nodes connected to one of the switches have become unreachable. The users whose VMs are hosted on the affected hypervisors are being notified.
Monash-01 ceph is running in a degraded state and the users may experience IO interruption when accessing volume storage
We are currently investigating the issue and rolling back the changes.
We will soon notify the users upon resuming the services.
