Outage affecting QRIS Nectar zone
From 14:19 due to a network problem at the QCIF/QRIS datacentre various services across the Nectar cloud are unavailable or degraded.
* Nectar dashboard - all parts
* Openstack API - all parts
Advanced networking to and from QRIScloud as well as other services may be affected.
No instances appear to have been downed as a result of this problem.
Investigation is ongoing
Advanced Networking with Intersect is also confirmed to be affected.
Services have started to recover. API and dashboard should be functioning again and Advanced Networking is in the process of recovery.
The root cause has been identified and all services have returned to production.
