We are experiencing connection failures to the Monash network from Nectar Services IP ranges. As a result, all Monash cells (monash-01, monash-02 and monash-03) are unavailable and therefore dashboard and Openstack CLI commands will not work. Your VMs and Data should not be affected due to this issue.
We are liaising with Networks and Cyber Security teams at Monash to resolve the issue. We will keep you updated.

Resolution:
The host certificates for our Database Cluster Expired. Renewing them resolved the issue.
