[Completed] Support email address unavailable due to domain migration 27th/28th Jan 2023
Due to a domain migration, any emails to ARDC Nectar support helpdesk at firstname.lastname@example.org are expected to fail.
Start: Friday 27th Jan 2023, 8:00pm
End: Saturday 28th Jan 2023, 9:00am
During the outage window, the email handling for email@example.com will be migrated between hosting providers. We expect emails to this address to fail for some or all of the outage window.
If users wish to submit support tickets during this time, they are encouraged to use the online form at https://support.ehelp.edu.au/support/tickets/new
