[Resolved] Various Control Plane Issue - Scheduling Errors, VNC/Console, Snapshots - All Availability Zones

There is currently a network error at the University of Melbourne which is affecting communication between control plane hosts on the NeCTAR Research Cloud. 

Users may experience errors when trying to schedule new servers on the research cloud, regardless of availability zone. Other activities such as snapshots and viewing server consoles from the dashboard may also be affected. 

University of Melbourne network engineers are working to restore services.
