There was a network issue impacting all network services and systems at the University of Melbourne. It appeared to be a routing issue with the University's core DNS servers. All Research Cloud services hosted at the University of Melbourne were affected, mostly just slowness in looking up network addresses as DNS fails over to another datacenter.
The University's Network team have fixed the underlying cause at the time of this announcement, but various services are still recovering from DNS timeouts.
