[Hazard Notice][Auckland] Changing the public CIDR range[complete]

To accomodate space for the new advanced networking, we need to divide our current flat public /22 into two /23s. We've tested this out fairly extensively, and this should be seamless to users. However, this is a major network change that has the potential to impact every Auckland Node instance, so an internal notice is in order. This change will be performed at approx. 12:00pm Melbourne time on Friday 6/7/18.
Please contact me (Sean Matheny) via Slack with any issues, and I will update all relevant channels.
Update 1:42pm: This change was completed successfully, and we tested out without issue.
