[Service Disruption] [Completed] Current partial outage for API services

Since early Thursday February 14th, we are experiencing a partial outage between our loadbalancer and backend API services.
Users will experience some API and dashboard requests to fail.
At this time, we recommend users continue to retry their OpenStack actions until they complete and we will send a further update once we have rectified the issue.
UPDATE: Since 11am Friday February 15th, services have been fully restored.
