[Resolved][Outage] Degraded Service at Auckland Node

Update 20/2/20 1:55PM NZT:

This issue has been resolved, and service should now be restored. Auckland instances should again be available, but may need to be rebooted. 

We have had issues with our storage in Auckland, which is affecting Nectar instances and operations at the Auckland zone. We are working hard to repair this for our Auckland researchers, and will have a service update as soon as possible.
