Since Wednesday 24th June 2020 12pm, the Nectar Research Cloud is experiencing an issue with the Object Storage service.
Users uploading or downloading objects from the Object Storage service may encounter an error.
The team are working to resolve the issues now and we will post an update once we have more details.
The Nectar Research Cloud operations team are continuing to perform remediation work, but the Object Storage service should be generally working well.
If users encounter any missing objects (404), please contact our helpdesk immediately.
The remediation work is expected to continue over the coming days and a follow-up announcement will be provided here once the work has been completed.
