We are currently experiencing problems with the creation of accounts for new Nectar users. Some new users are seeing a screen that says:
"There was a problem creating your account, our system administrators will have been notified of the issue."
If you see this message, your best course of action at the moment is:
1) Wait a few minutes and then try again. (Someone in the Nectar Core Services team is watching for these failures and resetting accounts by hand.)
2) If the problem repeats when you try again, either raise a new Support ticket or reply on your existing ticket to let us know.
There is a temporary workaround in place that should minimize future occurrences of the problem.
