We presently have a cloud wide service disruption. Users may encounter problems launching new instances, creating new tenant networks and other network resources.
We are working on solving the problem and will update this notice when service has re-stabilised.
Service disruption commended around 4:00 AM 27 July 2020.
Partial resolution at 11:50 AM 27 July 2020 with only the monash-01 availability zone continuing to be affected.
The issue has now been isolated and users should no longer see any service disruption.
The issue is no longer a site wide issue and has been narrowed down to monash-02 which is still affected.
Further updates will be posted when the issue is completely resolved.
