Dear Nectar User,
Issue:
Cinder service on monash-02 availability zone had a service outage and currently experiencing a degraded state of operation due to multiple OSDs (Ceph Obect Storage Daemon) failing across multiple servers. We are working towards resolving this issue.
Impact:
Some instances with attached Volumes would experience unresponsive IO operations. Operations such as Volume/Volume Backups creation, deletion were also impacted, but should work now.
Current State:
The Ceph backend of the monash-02 Cinder service is operational but is in a degraded state. We will notify the Users when the issue is completely resolved.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused due to this unscheduled outage.
