[Resolved] Issues with API and Dashboard usage

There are ongoing issues with the Nectar Research Cloud APIs and Dashboard.

Start: 8:00pm Saturday 26th June 2021

End: Ongoing

The cause of these issues appears to be due to some networking issues at The University of Melbourne that are affecting load balancing of some services.

We are taking action to work around the issue while the The University of Melbourne restore service, but users should expect some failures.

All currently running servers should be unaffected at this stage.

We will provide status updates as they become available to us.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
