[Completed][Critical][monash-01] Cinder Service interruption

Dear User,

Issue:

Underlying storage infrastructure for cinder service on monash-01 availability zone is currently experiencing issues due to misconfiguration at network switches. We are working towards resolving this issue.

Impact:

Instances with attached Volumes and the instances boot from volume may experience unresponsive or delay IO operations.
