[Resolved] Issue with launching new Loadbalancers though the Loadbalancer service

We are currently investigating an issue with the Loadbalancer service, where new Loadbalancers are unable to be launched.
Existing Loadbalancers appear to be working correctly at this stage.
We will continue to investigate the situation and update this announcement as we get more information.
Edit: 2023-05-15 16:00:00 This issue is now resolved. A bug in a proxy used by the Octavia LBaaS backend resulted in connections refused for new loadbalancers. Restarting the proxy remediated the issue. The bug will be fixed in a new version of the proxy software.
